After School Club is an obligatory part of the school fee.

Extracurricular activities after school hours

If your child would like to learn to play an instrument, be on a sports team, take dance classes, art classes, swimming lessons etc., these are organised through clubs and associations in Denmark, rather than through schools. Click to find links to several such organisations in Billund. All sites are in Danish, but don’t hesitate to contact the clubs directly – they are very welcoming and speak English!

Transition from Primary School to Middle School

At ISB, we understand that the transition from P5 to M1 is a very exciting and sometimes challenging time for parents and guardians as much as it is for students.  Rest assured, we are working hard to make this as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

We are continually reflecting and developing our transition programme to improve the experience for all concerned and focus on the needs of our students, parents, guardians and teachers, as students move from Primary School to Middle School.
